| Update to USDA-NOP Certification Documentation and Compliance Standards |
- Regulatory Background: In response to the latest amendments released by the National Organic Program (NOP) on June 13, 2025, our company has updated the current "Application Instructions for USDA Certification" to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Key Revisions: The updates include, but are not limited to, the following sections:
- The National List: Updated "National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances" (Bilingual Edition), available under the International Certification section of our official website.
- Mushroom Production: Addition of the $205.210$ Mushroom production practice standard.
- Pet Food Processing: Addition of the $205.270(d)$ organic handling requirements for pet food.
- For full regulatory text, please refer to the official NOP Federal Register announcements.
- Effective Date: The new version of the application instructions is scheduled for official release on December 22, 2025.
